All jewelry ships free! Engraved and other items show the shipping cost at checkout, or contact me for a quote on custom and engraved orders. I ship within the United States only, mostly by USPS, with tracking included, and every item is carefully packed to protect it. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. If an item needs to be made to order, I’ll let you know when to expect it, and you can cancel at that point if you’d like. Most USPS packages include up to $100 of insurance. I take pride in my work and want you to love your purchase. For online orders, if you’re not happy with it, contact me within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, and return shipping is your responsibility. Please contact me before sending anything back. Custom and engraved items are final sale, because they’re made just for you. I review every detail with you before I start, and you pay only when it’s finished. Purchases made in store at Southern Lion are final, per Southern Lion’s store policy. If your order arrives damaged, contact me right away with a photo. Questions?
